Printed by the Scolar Press. Fascinating Receipts from 1650 - 1715, Collected by John Nott and formed into his Dictionary. A - Z Format. Elizabeth David's Introduction and Glossary occupy the first 37 Pages, followed by the Frontis Illustration and Red & Black Title page and 4 Preliminary pages. Next the Main Text of the Dictionary in A - Z Format, followed by Bills of Fare for each Month, and finally instructions for Carving and Setting Out and the Index. This appears to be the only title ever published by Lawrence Rivington. There may be fewer than 18 copies of this title known that were bound in full leather; one other copy is in the Guildhall Library, a part of the Elizabeth David Collection, having belonged to her.
