Preliminary blank also partially torn away. All edges speckled. 55 x 86mm. Contemporary brown tree calf (upper joint cracked but still holding firm, corners worn). Brass clasp missing. Spine with three raised bands, in compartments with title "Imit. Chris" and hand-tooled gilt floral decoration within single and double gilt filet borders (slightly rubbed). Not in Bondy, nor Spielmann, nor Welsh. WorldCat locates just a single copy with the same publisher but with a 1711 imprint (Institut Catholique de Paris).
