With a prayer in verse on the rear cover, first line: "O send Thy Spirit down to write".  Very uncommon ephemeral miniature provincial imprint. Pages somewhat age-toned. Indecipharable pencil inscription on verso of front cover. 53 x 63 mm. Original white printed wrappers with blue titling within blue decorative border on front wrapper.
