Second Edition. 20 printed pages, [198] leaves of copper engraved plates - dated 1738-1741. Title page plus first two leaves of text lacking, and supplied in photocopy. Lacking plate 75 and 96. First four leaves of text and final two plates professionally repaired to extreme lower or upper edge, apart from two leaves, not affecting print. Uniformly age-toned. New cream endpapers. 300 x 240 mm. Late twentieth century half brown morocco; spine in compartments with five raised bands, gilt decoration and titling.
