Contemporary inscription on recto of frontispiece, dated 1905. Provenance: Miss L. Grierson. 42 x 87 mm. Original blue cloth; gilt spines with Burns and his monument; front covers with farmer ploughing, and back covers with publisher's device embossed in black. A few mild patches of handling.
