Original publisher's blue calf with gilt titling down the spines and a single ruled border on the covers. Heads and tails of spines slightly 'pushed'; some gentle rubbing; many spines faded; at some stage the 'Sonnets' volume has been lost and then replaced with the same edition bound in cloth but with cream endpapers and no place-marker.
