There is an error of page numbering from page 116 the pages start at page 201 to 260. NOTHING missing. Printers error. Green card covers a little handled, the first part faded and spotted on the cover and title page, though contents on glossy finish art paper have some minor signs of damp at some page top edges. Slim heavy quarto. 1946 (date taken from price list). *This was the company's 38th catalogue and one of the largest. Additionally inserted are the printed loose price lists for both parts, and several pages of hand written notes on setting up microscopes, on the Patna Microscope, two original invoices from W.Watson dated 1950, and two letters to Ilford Ltd. from Clare College Cambridge. All these inserts are associated with I. R. H. Allan, senior scientific adviser and author on Salmon & Freshwater Fisheries who worked at the Laboratory, Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food, or MAFF, at the British Government.
