Elaborately gilt-stamped front cover. Very mild wear to the gilding and at the top and bottom of the spine. A few minuscule light spots on the upper cover. Welsh dates to ca.1900, but printer is listed as "His Majesty's Printer" on colophon, which dates volume to after death of Queen Victoria in 1901.
