Original black cloth with silver lettering on the spine and silver publisher's logo on the upper cover. Very Good+, complete in a Very Good book jacket , with very slight nicks from the rear top corners, and some mild abrasions. Photographs taken over a 20 year period through Asia, some well known others previously unpublished. Including images of Iran, Iraq, Mongolia, India, Pakistan, Burma, Indonesia, Japan and China. This is the less commonly found Thames & Hudson edition. Provenance: purchased directly from Ann Freeman (nee Piggott), former partner and widow of George Freeman (who died December 2019). George was former president of the Society of Industrial Artists and Designers (now the Chartered Society of Designers) 1979 -81, and founder of George Freeman Design Consultants, Drayton Park, London N5.
