xiii, 470 printed pages + two pages of publisher's adverts at end. Chandos Classics. Printed by Dalziel Brothers, Camden Press, N.W. 120 x 180 mm. Normally found in hardback, this is an uncommon survivor in paperback. The original paper printed covers are rebacked front and back and creased, worn and chipped - the hinges are repaired and just holding. The binding is in poor condition, not surprising given the weight and size of the book and its age - no wonder it is uncommon. Spine worn, cracked and in large part missing.
